Zita's Sardines Spread

Preparation time : very quick
Set aside : 30 minutes
So easy !
2 packs of Saint Moret or Philadelphia cheese
2 cans of lemon seasoned sardines
2 cans of cayenne chili sardines
juice of 2 to 3 lemons
Open all the cans and the soft cheese pack and pour in a large bowl. Remove the sardines bones, squeeze two lemons and pour the juice over the sardines. Add salt and pepper. Pour all these ingredients in a mixer and mix. Try and season to you taste add more lemon if necessary. Put this preparation in a nice serving bowl and set in the refrigerator. Before serving, chop a few chives stems on the sardines and prepare some toasts or fresh baguette. Cut some cucumber, carrots and celery sticks if you want.
Try and choose sardines canned in olive oil rather than some generic vegetable oil. With crackers it's perfect too.
