Nectarine Mango & Kiwi Salad

Prepare the salad as close to the time you're eating it
Very easy

Ingredients :

  • 2 mangoes

  • 4 nectarines

  • 2 kiwis

  • 1 lime

Put the fruits in the refrigerator in advance to have them chilled enough. When ready to prepare the salad wash all the fruits, peel kiwis and mangoes on top of a large bowl in order to keep all the juice. Cut delicately all the fruits in nice pieces add to the bowl with the lime juice.  Mix and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. It is best eaten within a few hours. Serve in individual cups or in a nice salad bowl.
